Guacamole is a great dip and an awesome topping for many foods. It’s quick and easy to make. You can eat it immediately or set it out and allow the flavors to marry. I have made this recipe for over 10 years and it is a perennial family favorite. A few relatives even have it posted on their refrigerator doors. Easy guacamole dip
  • 3 Haas avocados
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Yellow onion diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • Handful of Cilantro chopped
  1. Halve the avocados and remove the seeds and peel. Put the avocado flesh into a large bowl.
  2. Juice the lime over the avocados.
  3. Use a potato masher to mash the avocados until they are your desired consistency.
  4. Add the cumin, cayenne, salt, onion, garlic, roma tomatoes, and cilantro and stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
